You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The direct costs of returning the goods (if the goods are returned by hand) are estimated at a maximum of:
Germany: maximum approx. 29 euros
Belgium, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 39 euros: maximum approx. 100 euros.

The direct costs of return are estimated at a maximum of approximately 100 euros for each such item with regard to such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us normally by post (forwarding goods). This applies to the Aeris 3Dee if it has been assembled by you.

You have the option of having your return collected by Aeris. If you return the chair products via Aeris in the original packaging, the following costs will apply:

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 10 Euro

Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 24 Euro

Please note: For the Aeris Swopper and Aeris 3Dee products, once the goods have been assembled, the goods cannot be disassembled again and therefore the original packaging cannot be used for the return. We will therefore send you special shipping boxes and charge a fee for packaging and shipping incl. collection as follows:
Germany: 29 Euro
Belgium, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 39 Euro

Table products:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods only in perfect, unassembled condition. We will not accept unassembled goods.

The direct costs of returning the goods (if you do it yourself) are estimated to be at most:
Germany: at most about 100 Euro
Belgium, Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 150 Euro: at most about 200 Euro.

You have the option of having your return collected by Aeris . If you return the table products via Aeris in the original packaging, the following costs apply:

Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria: 49 euros

Estonia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary: 69 euros

Please note that this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Refund:

We will process your refund as soon as your return has been processed or your order has been cancelled.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Depending on the payment method you choose, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be credited to your account once we have received the goods in our warehouse or cancelled your order.

Prepayment:
You have already paid the invoice amount via prepayment? Then we will credit the amount to your bank account. It can take up to 10 working days for the credit to appear on your account.

Creditcard:
The credit will be credited back to the credit card account we have debited. This can take up to 2-5 working days.

Klarna (except instalment purchase with Klarna):
If you have chosen Klarna as the payment method for your order, the refund will also be processed via Klarna. After receipt of the return, the refund will take approximately 2-5 working days. Please contact Klarna directly with any questions or uncertainties.

PayPal:
The refund will be credited to your PayPal account. This can take up to 2-5 working days. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited on your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.

iDEAL:
The credit will be credited back to the account we debited. This can take up to 2-5 working days.

Bancontact:
The credit will be credited back to the account we debited. This can take up to 2-5 working days.

Eps transfer:
When you return one or more items, the amount will be credited back to the bank account you transferred from. This can take up to 2-5 business days.
